I have posted details on how to build the light tube/pylons I displayed in my Project Riverside thread at instructables.com. If you want to build you own just go to http://www.instructables.com/id/DMX512-Controlled-LED-Light-Tube/

Ingenious design. I didn't realise it could be that simple. My one question is do you ultimatly plan to use, projection or lcd in your build? Both towers are putting out a lot of light, how do you plan to mitigate glare?

LCD is what I am planning to use. Less heat output than the projector and the back lit screen means no need to worry about the light spill. It worked great this weekend.

Oh my.. I'm going to lowes tomorrow for this. I have to Venue LED Par 38s that may work as well as the thin pars you have. We'll see. I may cut the light panel in half to make smaller pylons. Thanks!

You can make smaller pylons easy. The size of your bucket will affect that. Be careful though. The light panels are a little brittle.
