I didn't remember seeing this mentioned before, and I know that work has already been started on DMX output, but I thought I would mention this just in case it's of any use.

amBX is a system designed for (among other things) adding effects to gaming. Lights can be sent instructions to light up particular colours, but also based on their position in a circle (a circle normally around the gamer, but in this case, it would be around the bridge).

There is a free SDK for the system at

Examples of the system can be seen at

Cyborg manufacture amBX lights, these can be purchased from various outlets ->

No, I don't work for amBX! I just thought it would be useful to mention, especially because of the whole 360 degree thing, and being plug in and go.

Rumble strips and fans can also be controlled.

A rumble pad in each seat would definitely be something that would enhance game sessions
