Looking for some pick up games

So I got a group of friends that play online via hamachi. It works pretty well, but you definitely need to have a mic for talking over the nets. Most nights we're short 1-3 players. As opposed to doubling up, I'd like to grab some of you.

Normally I do 1 day to 1 hour set up (sorry it's based off friends info and prior knowledge). If we got enough we play, if not we don't. I am usually captain and I'm a bossy jerk (hopefully not really, but I don't want strangers to expect better).
