Artemis Lucidity Campaign at DragonCon

posted Aug 24, 2012 17:59:19 by Wacko
I was thinking of doing a run through of my Artemis campaign at DragonCon (laborday weekend Atlanta, GA) down in their gameroom.

would anyone be interested in checking out what I've been working on?

I was at DC this year. missed that.
I have a group that was interested in doing just that. alas, it wasn't meant to be.

Learned about Artemis based on one of the DragonCon TV bumper videos (didn't attend the 'con this year). Depending on how many other DragonCon fans saw that, it might be worthwhile for someone to run a bridge at the Gaming track. Maybe word will get out?

I live about 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta, in Gwinnett County. I'd be willing to provide tech assistance with an Artemis LAN setup. Never volunteered or been a vendor before, only a casual attendee.

Based on what I've seen on other gaming convention web sites, it appears the typical going rate is $5 per hour per crew member, but I assume that's a "real" bridge setup with touchscreens and even lighting effects. Anyone guess if Artemis at DragonCon would pull enough of an audience to be worthwhile?
