Ohio?

posted Jun 04, 2012 16:19:39 by MarkBell
So a buddy of mine came back from Origins saying he'd tried it there, and I'm gathering there are a few crews at least around the Ohio area. My friends and I could probably get at least 2 crews together, 1 for sure, and we're based in Cleveland. Not particularly fishing for group games (although not ruling it out), my question is, mostly, how many other players/crew are based in Ohio?

@paul, keep me informed of any games, I might be able to supply you with a second crew (or at least a partial crew)

Hi all,

I live near Cleveland Heights in South Euclid. I just moved to Cleveland to pursue my Ph.D. in the History of Sciences and discovered Artemis at Bacon. Literally, we just moved this week.

I'd love to get in on any game in the area. I've been looking at a few machines to build a bridge, but if someone else has one, I'm up to play. I bought a copy at the show, so I have one bridge license if we want to assemble for an ad-hoc game someplace.

We are setting up a big game at my house on July 14th. If you live in northeast Ohio and don't already have an invitation please friend me on Facebook. If you are already my Facebook friend and I forgot to invite you feel free to send a scathing message that blasts me for neglecting you. Then on July 14th you can shoot a nuke at me. ;-)

I want to see a 4-6 ship fleet (all flying scouts!) at level 5.

That would be impressive, Captain Wethington. I hope we can do it.

Hey gang,

My friend and I are looking to play some Artemis this next week. Are there any crew in the Columbus area?

Thanks,

Very cool, looks like we have a full 6 man bridge for this Thursday. First time out for most of us, but AliciaG will be along to make sure we don't all die. ;)

I'll try and post a thread once the crew has had a run.

Thanks,
Duncan
