Well here's a mid-Friday MidSouth Con update:

Things are going well. Folks have been playing Artemis regularly all evening.

One funny story of note...There was a crew playing earlier this evening with the ship in jump drive mode. They were battling an enemy and the captain order a short hyperjump along the 180 vector intending to appear behind the enemy ship. A rather clever stratagem I thought. Well when helm executed the jump they actually appeared on top of the pursuing vessel DESTROYING it AKA a classic tele-frag. The crew whooped for joy. I didn't even know that was possible.

I will post some pictures tomorrow when my phone is charged.

I didn't even know that was possible.

I thought I say that once but questioned whether I say it or not. I will have to work on perfecting it!
