New Ship Leaving Space Dock Nov 25-26,2011

posted Nov 23, 2011 03:57:24 by Cmdr.Brandr
Greetings Fellow Captains & Crews of the Spaceways,
My name is Jason Willis aka Brandr (Bran-dur). For the last decade on the Friday & Saturday the wife & I have hosted our friends and compatriots in two days of gaming, goofing, and general mayhem. A couple of years ago the guys took to calling it BrandrCon and that has stuck. LOL

Over the years we have done marathon Talisman games, Neverwinter Nights, World of Warcraft, Total Anihilation, and many other computer, console, or board games. (One year we drunkenly form a virtual band for Rock Band called the "D20's the best band that never played. but I digress)

Well this year we are going to launching our ship in to the great void and play Artemis! I already have 3 computers loaded and can't wait to get more configured. This is going to be so awesome.

Thanks to Thom for the coding and to all you mission script writers.

Brandr

Good luck, Brandr. The galaxy is counting on you and your brave crew!
"Damn the torpedoes! Four bells, Captain Drayton!"

(Likely actual words of Admiral David Farragut, USN, at the battle of Mobile Bay. Four bells was the signal for the engine room to make full steam ahead).
