Enemy Stations?

My Captain & I are working on Miss & Mods & all ... We wanted the enemies to have Space Stations & whatnot, which can not really be done so we made an enemy & took away his Top Speed all together & removed the Ion trail ... This works okay, they can't move, but they can fire & have shields, but I want it to be a station to dock with as well not just fight ... Any Suggestions?

You can faux dock with it. Just set up a script that says if the player's ship is within 500 and their speed is 0 for 20 seconds, then load them back up with energy, torps, etc.

If you want the shields and weapons to disappear, you could again do an if player ship is within 2000 then set property shields = 0 and system weapon damage to 100. That will continually run while the player is within range preventing shields and weapons from coming back online for the station.
